This auxiliary unit allows the chip bins time to fully drain coolant prior to recycling or disposal. This allows for maximum coolant recovery, therefore maximizing your return and putting money back in your pocket that would’ve been thrown away with the chips.
How it works!
Locate the Drain-Tree next to a high volume chip production work cell. Once the Camel Cart chip bucket fills with chips, move that chip bin onto your Camel Drain-Tree. Place an empty chip bin on your Camel-Cart and continue to cycle. The Drain-Tree allows the operator to maintain up to 5 bins in cycle, greatly expanding the volume of chips that can be continually drained. When the 5th bin is filled with chips, the first chip bin is now completely drained and can be recycled back onto the Camel-Cart on the work cell.
That’s 180 Gallons of capacity for chip recovery! Far more than a single 55 gallon drum typically used next to any CNC Machine.
With its sleek design at only 20’’ in width, you can fit our Camel-Drain Tree almost anywhere in your shop that best works for you including between CNC units that may have tight clearances.
With large 5” Castors, Camel Drain-Tree can also be moved seamlessly to work cells that are requiring more chip removal, while preventing the risk of potential of spilled of coolant. Included are two Came-Cart Funnel systems to allow coolant to be collected from the top units into the catch bucket of the bottom units.
